Can I Use My Heath Insurance?
If you have private health cover, your consultation fees may be fully or partially covered. I regularly accept claims from major providers, including:

Because individual policies vary, coverage is not always guaranteed. To avoid any unexpected costs, please contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your eligibility and level of cover before booking your appointment, as you will need to manage and submit the claim yourself.

Fees are determined by the location of your consultation and whether you are attending as an individual or a couple.

Payment &
Cancellation Policy
To maintain a consistent and fair schedule for all clients, the practice operates under the following policies:
Advance Payment: All sessions must be paid for in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
24-Hour Cancellation Window: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice are strictly non-refundable.
